矿物纤维沥青胶浆性能试验研究

摘    要:常规的SMA沥青混合料中以添加木质素纤维为主,为了研究矿物纤维对sMA沥青混合料的影响及其适应性,分析了不同矿物纤维掺量及纤维品种对沥青胶浆性能的影响,发现矿物纤维掺量的变化对沥青胶浆性能的影响程度要大于纤雏品种的调整,对于SMA这种骨架密实型混合料,矿物纤维掺量在0.4%~0.6%内是合适的,综合混合料性能、工程造价等多方面因素考虑,可采用0.4%的矿物纤维掺量,此时沥青胶浆的135℃运动黏度最小,施工和易性最好。

Experimental Study on Performance of Asphalt Mortar with Mineral Fiber

Abstract:Under normal circumstances, it uses methyl cellulose fiber in SMA. In order to study the effect of mineral fiber on SMA and its adaptability in SMA, this paper analyzed the impact of content and kinds of mineral fiber on performance of asphalt mortar, and found that the influence of different mineral fiber content on the performance of asphalt mortar was more than that of fiber kinds. For SMA, it was suitable for mineral fiber content of 0. 4% ~ 0. 6%, and consideration of mixture performance, engineering cost and other many factors, it was recommended that the mineral fiber content was 0. 4% when the 135℃ kinematic viscos- ity of asphalt mortar was minimum and the workability was best.
