| 摘 要： | 精品课程建设是一项内涵丰富的教学改革系统工程。分析了教材建设和制度建设与精品课程建设之间的关系；根据应用型人才的培养目标，结合精品课程建设的教学实践，对立体化教材建设和课程教学管理制度建设的思路、内容和方法等进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The construction of an excellent course is a system engineering of teaching reform with plentiful content. The paper analyzes the relationship of the construction of excellent courses with the development of teaching materials and establishment of management system. According to the requirements of cultivating application oriented talents and the teaching practice of the construction of excellent courses the authors discuss the thinking, contents and methods of the development of stereoscopic teaching materials and establishment of teaching management system. |
