| 摘 要： | 研究了磁控溅射 Ni Cr Al Y( Si)包覆型涂层对 Ni3Al基合金 IC6的抗氧化性能及力学性能的影响 ,同时也研究了该涂层的微观组织及其稳定性。结果表明 ,研制的 Ni Cr Al Y( Si)物理沉积包覆型涂层是适合于 IC6合金及其使用条件的防护涂层。

| Abstract: | WT5BZ]The effect of the magnetron sputtering deposition (MSD) NiCrAlY(Si) overlay coating on the oxidation resistance and mechanical properties of a DS casting Ni 3Al base alloy IC6 has been studied in the present investigation The microstructure and its stability of the coating has been also evaluated in this study The experimental results showed that the NiCrAlY(Si) MSD overlay coating is proper and effective protecting coating for alloy IC6 and survice condition |
