摘    要:为了研究大型低速智能化船用柴油机电控排气阀系统的特性,以研制的硬件在环仿真系统为研究平台进行试验研究.测量电控排气阀系统控制信号、轨压信号和排气阀升程信号,比较不同工况下各信号的差异.分析试验结果,得到电控排气阀执行机构特性及电控单元控制策略.硬件在环仿真系统试验为深入研究船用智能化柴油机排气阀柔性控制特性提供试验验证依据.

Abstract:To research the characteristics of an electronic control exhaust valve system of a large,low-speed intelligent marine diesel engine,experiments were carried out based on a hardware-in-loop(HIL) simulation system developed independently.The signals of the control,the common-rail pressure,and the exhaust lift were measured,and the variance of the signals on difference loads was compared.The experimental method was verified,and the characteristics of the exhaust system and the controlling strategy of an electrically control unit(ECU) were analyzed.The experimental data provided by the hardware-in-loop simulation system is helpful for further research on the flex-control feature of the exhaust valve electronically controlled timing for a large low-speed intelligence marine diesel engine.
