摘    要:为研究大型水面舰艇防雷舱结构的防护机理,运用MSC.Dytran,建立多材料和多耦合面的流固耦合模型,模拟了典型防雷舱结构在水下接触爆炸作用下的变形与破坏,并与试验结果进行对比,验证该方法的正确性.在综合分析防雷舱结构破坏的基本过程、外板对冲击波的响应、第1层空舱和液舱防护机理的基础上,分析了水下接触爆炸时冲击波荷载和气泡膨胀荷载分别对防雷舱结构的作用机理,研究了防雷舱结构对水下接触爆炸的防护机理.结果表明:外板是防护冲击波的主要载体,高速度破片的防护主要依赖防护液舱,而气泡膨胀荷载的防护则需要第1层空舱的舱壁结构整体承担.

Abstract:In order to study the defense mechanism of a cabin near the shipboard for large surface vessels,after building a model of liquid-solid coupling with multi-materials and multi-coupling surfaces by MSC.Dytran,deformation and fracture of a typical cabin near the shipboard subjected to an underwater explosion were simulated.When compared with several experiments,the results showed that this simulation method is correct through analyzing the fracture process of a cabin near the shipboard,the response of a steel hull plate for shock waves,and the defense mechanism of the first cabin and the liquid cabin.The mechanism of a cabin near the shipboard subjected to a shock wave and bubble expansion during a contact underwater explosion(UNDEX) was analysised,and the defense mechanism of a cabin near the shipboard was also studied.The results show that the forward plate is the primary undertaker,and the defence against high-velocity fracture is dependant on the liquid cabin;also,the defence of bubble expansion is dependant on the whole structure of the first cabin.
