摘    要:提出了一种发动机通用性能仿真软件的开发思路,并基于此完成了软件开发工作。基于C++语言,设计了一种面向对象的通用程序框架,可以实现多种仿真计算功能,包括稳态下的一维详细计算、容积法计算、实时计算及瞬态计算。气缸、进排气道、管接头、涡轮增压器等主要组件包含多种计算模型,可以根据建模需求进行选择。针对某型中速柴油机,详细介绍了软件性能计算的操作流程,并将计算结果与试验数据进行对比。结果表明,软件有较高的计算精度,而且实时计算功能完全能满足实时分析的要求,实时率可以达到3.92。

Abstract:A new development idea of general engine performance simulation software was proposed, and the software was developed based on it. Using C++ language, a general program framework was established to realize various simulation calculation functions, including one-dimensional detailed calculation, volumetric calculation, real-time calculation in the steady-state and transient-state calculation. The main components such as cylinder, intake and exhaust port, junction, turbocharger contained a variety of calculation models, which can be selected according to modeling requirements. Based on a medium-speed diesel engine, the operating process of performance calculation was introduced in detail, and the calculated results were compared with the test data. The results show that the calculation precision of the software is high and the real-time software can fully meet the requirements of real-time analysis, and real-time ratio can reach 3.92.
