| 摘 要： | 在ｐＨ５时，铜（Ⅱ）与亚硝基Ｒ盐生成棕色配合物最大吸收４９０ｍｍ∑４９０＝１．１６×１０４，钴在此也有吸收，干扰其测定，钴（Ⅲ）与亚硝基Ｒ盐（ＮＫＳ）生成红色配合物，选择５５０ｎｍ为测定波长∑＝３．３×１０４，铜在此也有吸收，干扰测定，本方法采用Ｋ系数校正其相互干扰，从而达到在同份溶液中简便快速的测定铜．钴．铜在０～３μｇ／ｍｌ，钴在０．３～４．５μｇ／ｍｌ符合比尔定律，标准偏差小于１０％．
