摘    要:从工程观点阐述由光气和双酚A经界面缩聚制聚碳酸酯的反应过程。整个缩聚过程可以分成两个阶段。在第一阶段,为了达到后续反应所需的合适摩尔配比,光气的水解副反应必须小心地控制;在第二阶段,为了确保得到高分子量聚合物,需要足够的反应时间。与此相对应,在第一阶段,建议使用带有静态混合器的管式反应器,而在第二阶段,采用多级釜式搅拌反应器是有利的。

Abstract:The process of producing polycarbonate from phosgene and bisphenol A through interfacial condensation is described from the engineering point of view. The whole processis divided into two stages.In the first stage,in order to attain the suitable molar ratiorequired in the subsequent reaction, the side reaction of the hydrolysis of phosgene shouldbe carefully controlled.In the second stage,to ensure a high molecular weight polymer,enough reaction time is necessary.Thus,a tubular reactor with static mixer is suggested foruse in the first stage,and in the second stage,a multistage tank-type mixing reactor isadvantageous.
