双偏心液压缸驱动隧道掘进机的计算机监控系统设计

摘    要:结合双偏心液压缸驱动隧道掘进机的研究与试验,选择系统的工作压力、流量、刀盘的转速转角、扭矩及功率作为监控参数.选用相应的传感器及工业控制计算机组建了计算机实时监控系统,并编制了相应的监控软件.该系统实现了监测数据的实时采集与分析,对所设计的隧道掘进机的实验和性能分析具有重要作用.

Design of the Computer Monitoring System of the Double-eccentricity Hydraulic Cylinder Drive Shield
Abstract:Based upon the research and experiment of the double-eccentricity hydraulic cylinder drive shield, the system work pressure, the system flux, the rotate speed and rotate angle of the sword plate, the swing moment and the power are selected as monitoring parameters. Relevant sensors and industrial control computer are selected to build computer monitoring system, and the corresponding monitoring software is worked out. The system realizes real-time collection of the supervision data and is of important function to the experiment and performance analysis of the designed shield.
