钙硅渣深度脱硅的可行性探讨

摘    要:中国铝业中州分公司为了提高烧结法氧化铝的产量和质量,采用深度脱硅工艺提高精制铝酸钠溶液的硅量指数。受现场条件限制,合成液的配制质量和深度脱硅所要求的反应条件不能保证,造成深度脱硅过程中石灰乳用量过大,Al2O3损失过大,而钙硅渣的饱和系数过低。为了进一步完善深度脱硅工艺,减少Al2O3的损失及石灰乳用量,提出了通过改造原钙硅渣深度脱硅流程,进一步提高钙硅渣的饱和系数,确保深度脱硅效果(即保证精液A/S在600-900范围内),并从理论上进行了简要分析。

Abstract:In order to increase output and quality of alumina produced by sintering process,Zhongzhou Branch,Chalco,adopted deep desilication process to raise A/S ratio.Because the quality of compound liquor prepared and the reaction conditions required by deep desilication were not reliable,it caused higher usage of lime milk,larger loss of Al2O3 and lower saturation coefficient of calcium-silicon slag.To reduce the loss of Al2O3 and usage of lime milk,the deep desilication process which can increase saturation coefficient and the effect of deep desilication(that is A/S ratio is from 600 to 900),the modified process of deep desilication from calcium-silicon slag has been put forward.And briefly theoretics analysis on the process has been done.
