| 摘 要： | 论述了河南省地表水环境污染的现状,分析了我省水污染防治及改善问题的主要因素,提出防治思路.把水环境保护作为经济结构调整的重要手段,大力发展水处理科学技术及其产业,制定适应市场经济体制的水资源管理体系.
