| 摘 要： | 分析了UG环境下系列产品参数化设计的关系表达式法、电子表格法、用户自定义特征法,基于二次开发和基于UG/KF等几种方法,并比较了这几种方法之间的优缺点。结合钢圈系列产品的结构特点采用基于UG/KF和二次开发的方法,开发了适合于钢圈系列产品的参数化设计系统。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the methods of parameterization design for series products based on Unigraphics,such as Expression,SpreadSheet,User Defines Feature,secondary development and UG/KF,and compared the strong points and weak points for all methods.Based on the methods of secondary development and UG/KF,an appropriate parameterized design system for series products of steel wheels was developed. |
