鱼骨图分析用于BGA植球质量控制的研究

摘    要:由于BGA植球的质量特性值受到很多因素的影响,我们采用特性要因图(因为其形状如鱼骨,所以又叫鱼骨图)找出这些相关因素,将它们与特性值一起,按相互关联性整理成层次分明和条理清楚并标出重要因素的图形,这种图形可以很直观地反映出影响BGA植球质量问题的因素,是一种透过现象看本质的分析研究方法。

Abstract:Because the quality characteristic value of the BGA ball plant are affected by a lot of factors.Adopt the characteristic important cause diagram(because the shape likes fish bone,so it is called fish bone diagram)to find out these related factors,put these factors in order according to relation,and mark the important factor.This diagrom can reflect the factors which impact BGA ball plant quality visually,is a analytical research method through the phenomenon.
