油液监测技术在空压机故障分析中的应用

摘    要:某寿力空压机在运行过程中连续出现了高温和振动异常现象,给生产带来严重的安全隐患。采用热成像、振动、油液分析技术,分析空压机运行异常的原因。结果表明,油品变质是引发压缩机运行异常的直接原因,表明油液监测技术是企业开展设备状态监测和故障根源分析的有效手段之一。

Abstract:The high temperature and abnormal vibration situation appears continuously in the process of operation for a Sullair air compressor,which brings serious security risks to the cigarette manufacturing.The causes of the compressor abnormal operation were investigated by using the thermal imager,vibration and oil analysis technology.Result shows that oil deteroration is the direct cause of abnormal operation,and the oil monitoring technology is one of the effective means by which enterprises carry out the equipment condition monitoring and fault root cause analysis.
