交通信号灯故障检测系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对现有信号灯故障检测装置功能不足且结构复杂的问题,设计了一种基于单片机和GPRS网络的交通信号灯故障检测系统.该系统采用巡回检测和电容充放电的方法采集信号机输出端的电压和电流信息,对信息进行逻辑运算以分析信号灯和信号机的故障,并建立了电容充电时间数学模型,分析充电时间与信号机输出端负载功率的关系,避免使用A/D功率采集电路,简化了电路结构.本系统已作为样机应用于山东省龙口市,应用结果表明系统能有效检测信号机和信号灯的常见故障.

Abstract:A traffic light fault-detection system based on microcontroller and GPRS network is proposed to overcome the defects of existing traffic light fault-detection system.The voltage and current information of traffic lights are collected by using cyclic detection and capacitor charging.A capacitor charging time model is established to simulate the power of output of traffic signal controller,to avoid using A/D power collecting circuit and to simplify circuit.This system has been applied to several crossing in Longkou city,Shandong province,and the results show that it can effectively detect the normal defects of traffic light and traffic signal controller.
