摘    要:在造纸法薄片生产的原料加工、输送过程中,由于原料中含有大量的铁质杂物,会造成设备关键加工部位异常磨损和损坏,严重影响加工过程的在制品质量.为实现对原料生产工艺环节中铁质杂物的自动去除和收集,设计了一套自动电磁除杂机系统,并从磁选机体、电磁吸盘、加磁模块、传动机构、料位高度探测、PLC等工控设备以及控制软件方面,对该系统进行详细阐述.试验结果表明,该系统能够系统、高效地去除造纸法再造烟叶原料中含有的大量铁质杂物.

Abstract:In the processing of raw materials process and transportation of the production of paper making tobacco,the raw materials contains a lot of irons impurities,which can cause the abnormal wear and damage of the key processing parts of equipment,and seriously affect the process of product quality.In order to realize the automatic removal and collection of raw materials in the production process of iron impurities,a set of automatic magnetic impurity removing machine system is designed.From several aspects such as the magnetic body,electromagnetic sucking disc,plus magnetic module,a transmission mechanism,material level detection,PLC and other industrial equipment and control software,the system is elaborcted in detail.Experimental results show that the system can solve systematacially and efficiently the removal of a large number of iron impurities contained by reconstituted tobacco raw material from papermaking method.
