| 摘 要： | 探讨了高速纺锦纶－６６帘子线生产工艺对油剂性能的要求，使用特种合成酯与聚醚、研制开发了适合锦纶－６６的帘子线纺丝油剂，进行了工业小试、中试及工业应用、结构表明，研制了油剂的废丝率低于同类产品油剂，所纺原丝、浸胶帘子布的各面指标均达到优级品标准，可取代同类进口油剂。

| Abstract: | The performance requirements of spin finishes for high speed spinning of chinlon tyre cord fabric were investigated. Appropriate spin finishes for high speed spinning of chinlon 66 cord fabric were prepared by using special synthetic ester and polyether. The laboratory, pilot plant and commercial tests showed that the waste filaments rate was low, and the quality met the specification of premium product. The prepared spin finishes can replace the same type imported ones. |
