铝催化7-氯-6-氟-1,4-二氢-4-氧喹啉-3-羧酸乙酯的合成

摘    要:以Al为催化剂,在微波辐射条件下,由3-氯-4-氟苯胺基甲叉丙二酸二乙酯环合制备标题化合物。通过优化实验得到最佳反应条件为:微波功率160 W、反应温度80℃、反应时间20 min,在该条件下目标物产率达94.2%。对产物进行了熔点、NMR测定,确定为目标产物。

Abstract:Ethyl 7-chloro-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylate was synthesized by Gould-Jacobs reaction under microwave-assistance using aluminium metal as catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were ascertained by experiment program as follows:the microwave power was 160 W,the reaction temperature was 80 ℃,and the reaction time was 20 min,with Al being used as catalyst.The overall product yield was 94.2%.The structure of the product was determined by melting point measurements and NMR spectrometry that were applied to verify the target product.
