摘    要:针对具有一定景观要求的蓄水控制闸闸型方案决策存在需要综合考虑多个评价指标与性能准则难以确定的问题,以恒湖现代农业科技园蓄水控制闸为例,从河道行洪、运行维护、景观协调、水闸淤积、可比投资和施工要求6个方面出发构建了一套适用于相应控制闸闸型方案评价与决策体系,该体系基于指标比较矩阵采用层次分析法(AHP)对各指标进行赋权后结合专家打分计算各类闸型的综合得分对备选方案进行排序。研究表明:所建立的蓄水控制闸方案评价体系能够较全面反映控制闸基本功能特性和对外部条件的适应性;采用AHP法能够在综合考虑蓄水控制闸多项评价指标的基础上,通过专家评分作为评判依据以少量数据信息获得较为可靠的决策结果。

Abstract:In addressing the challenge of determining a comprehensive solution for the decision-making of reservoir control gate types with certain landscape requirements, taking the case of the reservoir control gate at Henghu Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park as an example, a set of evaluation and decision-making criteria was established. This system considers aspects such as river channel flood control, operational maintenance, landscape coordination, sedimentation at the water gate, comparative investment, and construction requirements. Utilizing a methodology based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with weighted indicators derived from a comparison matrix and expert ratings, the system calculates comprehensive scores for different gate types, facilitating the ranking of alternative solutions. The results had shown that the established evaluation system for water storagecontrol gate schemes could comprehensively express the basic functional characteristics and adaptability to external conditions of the control gate. The use of AHP method could apply a small amount of data information based on comprehensive consideration of multiple evaluation indicators for water storage control gates, and obtained more feasible decision-making results through expert scoring as the evaluation basis.
