HE63卧式加工中心多体动力学仿真分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS Workbench平台的Rigit Dynamic及Transient structual模块对某企业研发的HE63卧式加工中心进行了多体动力学仿真分析。采用刚柔混合模型分析出机床主轴、导轨面等的振动量、变形量,对比动力学分析和静力学分析的结果差异。结果表明:机床在启动、加减速时的变形和振动较大,主轴存在不平衡量时,主轴旋转对立柱、主轴箱的振动影响较大,机床零部件的振动直接影响到机床的加工精度。

Abstract:The multi-body dynamics of HE63 horizontal machining center was simulated and analyzed based on the Rigit Dynamic and Transient structual modules of ANSYS Workbench platform.The vibration and deformation of spindle and guide surface were analyzed using the rigid-flexible hybrid model.The results of dynamic analysis and static analysis were compared.The simulation results show that the deformation and vibration of the machine are large during the startup,acceleration and deceleration;the spindle rotation has a great influence on the vibration of the column and the headstock,and the vibration of the machine parts directly affects the machining accuracy of the machine.
