摘    要:介绍了化学充氮新型泡沫水泥的室内研究结果、固井工艺技术以及在低压易漏井、长封固段井和稠油热采井的应用效果。结果表明,该新型泡沫水泥具有密度低、稳定性好,导热系数低等特点,施工方便,应用范围广。

Abstract:Foam cement slurry is made from the mechanism of chemistry interaction between air-entraining agent and foaming agent. Nitrogen is produced in this process, and microballoon is used in the base slurry to further reduce the density. The cementing technology on field is described in detail, which includes density design, cement dosage calculation, additives mixing and field operation practice. It is successfully used in Changqing Oilfield, where the formation fracturing pressure is low and lost circulation is highly potential, thus cementing of large section of interval as long as 1500m or longer is required. This technology can also be used in cementing the well that requires heated recovery.
