| 摘 要： | 知识产权保护是高校科技发展之本，可以激励科技创新，促进科技成果商品化、产业化。本文分析了当前高校知识产权保护工作中存在的一些问题，针对性地提出了加强高校知识产权保护的措施。

| Abstract: | Intellectual property protection,the base of the development of university's S&T, can encourage S&T innovation and impel S&T achievements' commercialization and industrialization. It analyzes some problems existing in the protection of university's intellectual property and with regards to them puts forwards some measures to strengthen the protection of university's intellectual property. |
