| 摘 要： | 根据铁路技术的发展和信息系统广泛使用,针对现场实际作业和计算机运用管理相互脱节的情况,提出了改进计算机管理的方法,对设计应用程序提出相应的要求,保证计算机管理人员从现场出发,更好地发挥计算机的作用.
