聚合硫酸铁合成新工艺

以钛白粉厂副产品硫酸亚铁为原料,在常温常压下用双氧水直接氧化法合成聚合硫酸铁,对双氧水、硫酸用量等工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:硫酸亚铁用量为55g,浓硫酸和双氧水加入量分别为3.4mL和13.50mL时,制得的聚合硫酸铁性能指标可达到一级品标准,质量稳定、可靠。产品用于去浊和染料废水脱色处理,用量少,效果好。本法具有一次性投资少、工艺简单、生产周期短、无二次污染等特点,非常适合中小型企业投资生产。

A new process for synthesis of polymeric ferric sulfate

A new approach for synthesis of polymeric ferric sulfate is proposed with ferrous sulfate,the by-product of titanium white industry as the raw material.The process is conducted under the conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant.The dosages of hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid are optimized.The results showed that the dosage of ferrous sulfate was 55 g,the dosages of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide are 3.4 mL and 13.50 mL respectively, the quality of the product obtained could attain to the Chinese national first-level standard of polymeric ferric sulfate and has good stability. It showed the excellent decolourization effect when applied to the dye wastewater treatment.The present method offers the advantages of less investment, simpler process shorter period of production and no secondary pollution.
