循环氢压缩机叶轮结垢分析及对策

摘    要:由于重油加氢装置循环氢压缩机叶轮结垢,导致两次故障停机,造成装置非计划停工14天,减少加工渣油25kt。通过对循环氢压缩机叶轮结垢的原因分析,提出并实施了具体的防垢措施,解决了循环氢压缩机叶轮结垢的问题。

Abstract:Owing to the scale of blade for recycle hydrogen compressor in heavy oil hydrogenated unit, two times of failure shut down were occurred, and made the heavy oil hydrogenated unit shut down for 14 days over and a-bove the plan, and reduced15Kt of residual oil refinement. By means of reason analysis on the scale of blade for recycle hydrogen compressor, the specific anti-scaling measure was put forward and completed. The problem of scale of blade for recycle hydrogen compressor was solved.
