摘    要:为了给调距机构的设计提供参考依据,该文采用数值方法对调距过程桨叶的水动力性能进行了研究.比较了调距桨调距过程与定螺距流场数值模拟方法的差异,运用计算流体力学中的动网格技术数值模拟了调距桨调距过程的流场.为了满足动网格的要求和保证网格更新过程中桨叶附近高的网格质量,对计算区域作了特殊处理.进行调距过程数值计算之前,用敞水试验数据验证了3种定螺距情况下数值计算结果.调距过程数值计算通过自定义函数控制桨叶的运动规律.计算结果表明,正常调距过程桨叶水动力性能与定螺距情况相差较小,该结论与理论分析结果一致.

Abstract:Controllable pitch propeller (CPP) blade performance was analyzed using numerical methods in order to improve the design of the pitch adjusting unit. Methods of simulating propeller flow regions for variable pitch and fixed pitch propellers were compared. Flow regions of a controllable pitch propeller during the process of adjusting pitch were simulated using the dynamic mesh method. In order to satisfy the requirements of the dynamic mesh and ensure good mesh quality, the CPP's simulation region was processed specially. Open water performance at three CPP pitches was validated with experimental data. Blade movement was controlled by a user defined function. Calculation results showed that CPP performance when adjusting pitch is similar to fixed pitch conditions. This conclusion is identical to the results of theoretical analysis.
