摘    要:目的 分析陕西安康地区农作物重金属污染状况.方法 通过测定安康区域不同农作物中6种重金含量,对安康区域农作物重金属污染状况进行分析和评价.采用单项污染指数法,按照GB 2762—2017《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》、国家中药重金属及农药残留标准进行检测,分析安康区域内农作物重金属污染的空间变异,评估其污染状况....

Abstract:The excessive absorption of heavy metals in contaminated soil by crops has caused heavy metal pollution in food, it thereforeSattractsSwidespread attention at home and abroad. In this paper, crops in Ankang areaSwas studiedSto detect the the heavy metal pollution. The content of six heavy metals in different crops in Ankang areaSwas analyzed and evaluated. In accordance with the GB2762-2017 limit of contaminants in foodSas well as the national Chinese medicine heavy metal and pesticide residue standards,Sthe spatial variability of heavy metal pollution in crops in the Ankang area was analyzed and the pollution status was evaluatedSbySusing the single pollution index method. The lead content of vegetables and fruit crops in Ankang area is serious. The content of chromium and cadmium in crops in Zhenping area were exceededSthe standard. Among the heavy metal pollution components of crops in Ankang area, theSfirst main components are cadmium, zinc, lead, and arsenic. It mainlyScomes from human-made pollution sources, such as industrial and agricultural production, and few from transportation. The second main components are chromium and copper, which are mainly absorbed by crops caused by soil parent material sources. The ecological environment in this area is generally good, natural resources are abundant, and agricultural production management measures are standardized, which can meet the requirements of NY/T 5010-2016 environmental conditions for the production area of pollution-free crops. Except for individual areas, the monitoring area can be used as a production base for pollution-free fields, fruits, vegetables, other economic crops, and edible fungi.
