摘 要: | 为解决同一牌号多点加工质量的综合评价问题,将层次分析法和灰色关联分析法相结合,建立了卷烟多点加工质量评价模型。评价分为7个步骤:构建卷烟成品多点加工质量评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各指标权重,选取原始数据的参考数列,将原始数据规范化处理,利用灰色关联分析法计算各指标与参考数列的关联系数,计算各企业物测、烟气、感官、整体质量与参考数列的关联度,根据关联度进行评价分析。以6个生产企业加工同一牌号产品为例,验证了该模型的综合评价能力。结果表明,该综合评估方法适用于同一牌号在不同生产企业加工的产品质量评价,具

Application of AHP and GRA-based models to quality evaluation of cigarettes from different production sites |

Abstract: | In order to solve such problem as comprehensive evaluation of quality of same product produced in different enterprises, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation model by combining methods of AHP and GRA. Evaluation was divided into seven steps:structure factor system of cigarette quality, weight determination for each factor by AHP, selection of reference sequence for original data, standard processing for the original data, correlation coefficient calculation between various factors and the most superior factor by GRA, interrelation between each enterprise's single level and the multi-level evaluation system, and evaluation of these enterprises. An example of the same product in six enterprises was taken to verify the comprehensive evaluation model. Results showed that:this model was suitable for evaluation of quality of same product produced in different enterprises, and was scientific and operable, and could be used to improve quality and level of homogenization. |
