焦炭性能对矿热炉冶炼锰铁合金的影响

摘    要:为研究某铁合金公司使用新购焦炭后炉况恶化的原因,采用焦炭工业分析、常规粒度分析、XRD分析以及焦炭的热反应性能分析等测试方法对比研究了新购焦炭与正常焦炭的成分、粒度分布、微晶结构、反应性及反应后强度的差异,进而研究了新购焦炭导致矿热炉冶炼行为异常的具体原因。结果表明,新购焦炭灰分较高、电阻率偏低导致冶炼时混合料电阻降低,炉内热量不足。同时,新购焦炭初始粒度小、反应后强度低导致冶炼过程中对埋入电极的升降产生阻碍。此外,新购焦炭在冶炼时还会带入更多的杂质元素,导致出炉的铁合金质量下降。

Abstract:In order to investigate the reason of bad status of arc furnace during the utilization of a new coke, the proximate analysis, particle size analysis, XRD analysis and coke thermal reaction performance analysis were used to compare analyze the difference between new coke and traditional coke on the composition, particle size distribution, crystal structure, reactivity and the strength after reaction, which used to reveal the relationship between the properties of new coke and operation performance. The results showed that the higher ash content, lower resistivity of coke leaded to the lower resistivity of burden and the lacking of heat in the furnace. At the same time, the smaller particle size and less strength of new coke would hinder the rise and fall of the electrode. Moreover, the new coke could bring more impurities into the furnace, which resulted in the low quality of ferromanganese.
