摘    要:钢铁行业氮氧化物排放主要来自烧结工序。根据新颁布的排放标准对排放限值的规定,氮氧化物减排任务艰巨,末端治理是达到减排目的的有力措施。介绍了常用的烟气脱硝工艺,包括选择性催化还原法(SCR)、选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)以及活性炭/焦吸附法等;从脱硝性能、经济指标、适用性等方面比较上述烟气脱硝工艺的优缺点;针对钢铁企业烧结项目的建设程度提出了适宜的脱硝技术路线。

Abstract:The NOx emissions mainly come from the sintering process in steel industry. According to the regulation of emission limits in the new emission standards, the tasks to reduce the NOx emissions are arduous and formidable. The end treatment is a powerful measure to reduce the emissions. The common flue gas denitrification technologies, which included SCR, SNCR and AC, were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the flue gas denitrification technologies were discussed in the aspects of denitrification performance, economic index and applicability. Aiming at the construction of sintering project in iron and steel enterprises, the appropriate denitrification technology route was proposed.
