摘    要:介绍全国首家智能天车系统的总体架构和基本功能,并对具体应用进行解析和效果对比。针对冶金智能物流体系和企业需求,综合冶金物流管理、天车调度控制、自动控制和信息化技术,智能天车系统设计为3层架构,分步骤实现工艺流程信息化、工单配给智能化、天车运行自动化和物流现场无人化。系统的研发应用实现了冶金生产与物流无缝衔接,保证了生产信息和物流信息同步、不落地,夯实了冶金智能物流体系的基础,体现了智能工厂的核心理念,是智能制造技术在传统制造业中的具体应用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the first intelligent crane system in China,and compares the effect of the specific application and analysis. According to the metallurgical intelligent logistics system and enterprise demand,metallurgical logistics management,crane scheduling control,automatic control and information technology are comprehended. Intelligent crane system is designed for the three layer architecture. The system implements informatization of technological process,intelligentialize of job’s allocation,automation of crane working and unmanned logistics step by step. The development of system realizes the seamless connection of metallurgical production and logistics,ensures production information and logistics information synchronization,embodies the core idea of intelligent plant. The system is the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the traditional manufacturing industry.
