摘    要:为了探究高精度全自动供料系统在铁合金生产中的应用,实现生产原料从料场到冶炼炉内全程自动化,对炉内原料的消耗实时监控,达到降低能耗、提高产品质量的效果。详细论述了称重传感器的工作原理、模拟量处理方式、控制系统软硬件构成及其特点。西门子PLC与上位机触摸屏通讯,建立良好的交互界面,在高温、高磁场的环境中实现铁合金生产的高精度全自动供料。此系统有利于操作人员对炉况进行直观判断,实际应用价值显著,对铁合金行业的技术进步有着较大的铺垫作用。

Abstract:In order to explore the application of high precision automatic feeding system in ferroalloy production, to achieve full automatic production from raw material yard into the smelting furnace, real time monitoring of raw material consumption is achieved, to reduce energy consumption and improve product quality. The design is discussed in detail the working principle of weighing sensor, analog processing, the characteristics of hardware and software of control system. SIEMENS PLC communicate with touch screen, establish good interactive interface.High precision automatic feeding of ferroalloy production is realized in the environment of high temperature and high magnetic field. This system is advantageous to judge intuitively the furnace condition, the practical application value is remarkable, has the big foreshadowing function to the ferroalloy industry technical progress.
