摘    要:对Ti-IF钢铁素体区轧制工艺的热轧板酸洗效果做了初步研究与分析,通过对比铁素体轧制工艺的超低碳钢在不同酸洗时间下的宏观形貌差别,进一步得出了不同工艺下的酸洗动力学曲线。根据XRD成分图可知,铁素体轧制工艺和常规工艺的氧化铁皮成分相同;通过试验分析可知,铁素体轧制表面氧化铁皮酸洗时间比常规轧制氧化铁皮酸洗时间少30%左右,大大提高了酸洗效率,为下道工序提高生产效率、降低生产成本奠定了基础。

Abstract:The pickling effect of the hot rolled strip in the rolling process of Ti-IF steel ferrite region was preliminarily studied and analyzed. By comparing the macroscopic morphology of the IF steel in the case of the different picking time, the pickling kinetic curves under the different processes were obtained. According to the XRD results, it can be concluded that the composition of the oxide scale under the ferrite rolling process condition was the same as that under the conventional process condition. Through the experimental analysis, it can be shown that comparing the ferrite rolling process with the conventional rolling process, the pickling time of the surface scale was reduced by about 30%, which greatly improved the pickling efficiency, and laid the foundation for improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost for the next working procedure.
