酸洗工艺段设备改造的优化设计

酸洗是冷轧带钢生产的重要工序,可以有效去除热轧板的氧化铁皮。随着酸洗工艺和设备的技术发展,一些新的技术和设计方案出现,加之国内酸洗机组接近饱和,改造项目将成为主流。就槽体腐蚀问题,给出了采用PP材料制作槽体的方案;针对酸雾泄漏以及挤干辊窗口漏酸等问题,结合宝钢几条酸洗线工艺段改造项目的经验,在优化槽盖材料的同时采用独立水封设计,对挤干辊窗口采用一体式的滑动对开门设计,有效解决了酸雾和漏酸等问题,对以后的改造项目具有极好的借鉴意义。

Optimization design of equipment reform of pickling process

Pickling is an important process in the production of cold- rolled strip steel, which can remove the scale of hot rolled plate effectively. With the development of the pickling process and equipment technology, new technologies and design programs are appeared, and the domestic pickling unit is close to saturation. Thus, the renovation project will become the mainstream. According to the corrosion of the aqueduct body, the PP materials is used to make the tank. Based on experiences of the renovation projects of several pickling lines projects in Baosteel, aiming at the acid mist and the leaking acid of wringer roll′s window, the separate water seal is applied combining with the optimization of tank material, and the one- piece side sliding door is used for the wringer roll′s window, which can well solve the problem of the acid mist and the leaking acid and have certain reference significance for the renovation projects in the future.
