陕钢烧结配加金布巴粉工业生产实践

摘    要:为了研究金布巴粉矿在烧结矿中的最佳配比,陕钢集团汉中钢铁有限责任公司(简称陕钢集团汉钢公司)与必和必拓公司长期合作,将必和必拓公司生产的金布巴粉矿在其2×265m~2烧结机上进行实践性生产。结果表明,通过采取低碳厚料烧结技术、调整水分控制标准、适当压料等措施,金布巴粉配比已达到30%,烧结矿成分、质量均能满足该公司烧结矿冶金性能和生产技术要求,为合理系统配矿、有效组织烧结工序生产提供了更好的条件。

Abstract:In order to study the best proportion of Jimblebar blend fines in sinter,Hanzhong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. of Shaanxi Steel Group had a long term cooperation with BHP billiton. The Jimblebar blend fines produced in BHP billiton was used on the 2×265 m2 sintering machines for the industrial production. The plant production results showed that when adding 30% Jimblebar blend fines,the sinter composition and quality can meet the technical requirements of the company through applying the technology of the low fuel rate and deep bed sintering, adjusting the green bed moisture control standard and pressing sinter bed appropriately,provide better conditions for the rational system of ore distribution,effective organization of sintering process.
