摘    要:热轧带钢精准控制技术是钢铁智能制造的关键环节,对实现产品类型的个性化、产品质量的高精度和生产过程的高效率具有重要的意义。热轧带钢精准控制技术是众多单项技术的集合体,面向生产全过程,聚焦产品质量。从带钢质量精准判定及分析平台、轧辊精准磨削及管理技术、过程控制在线改造技术、板坯加热精准控制技术以及高品质用钢的全流程板形控制技术等5个方面阐述在板带轧制精准控制方面所做的实践及取得的效果,为实现板带轧制质量控制智能化提出具体的努力方向。

Abstract:Precise control technology of hot rolling strip is the key link of iron and steel intelligent manufacturing,which has important significance for the product customization,high precision of product quality and production process of high efficiency. Precise control technology of hot rolling strip is composed of many single technologies in the whole production process and focuses on the product quality. The practice and results of the precise control technologies of strip rolling were introduced from five aspects,which were including the online precise evaluation and analysis of the product quality,the precise grinding and management of roll,the online upgrading technology of process control,the precise control of slab furnace and the shape control of high quality steel in the whole process. These research and practice can be useful for realizing intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel industry.
