摘    要:通过对船板表面粗糙缺陷的识别检验及判定的难点进行分析,结合多年的判定经验,针对提高表面粗糙的识别与判定的准确性,开展了一系列工作。通过近千块钢板抛丸前后对比试验,对钢板表面的颜色和刮蹭表面进行识别,在保证有效辨别情况下,推动了检验判定标准由产品标准向客户标准的转变。同时根据缺陷深度、使用位置以及分布面积的不同等,结合不同客户质量需求的不同,做到钢板质量的精准识别判定,保证钢板检验的准确性、有效性,减少了经济损失,增强了产品市场竞争力。

Abstract:The problems of identification and judgment for the surface roughness of the ship plate were analyzed, and combined with many years of experience, a series of work was carried out to improve the accuracy of identification and judgment for the surface roughness. Through comparing nearly a thousand pieces of plate before and after shot blasting, the color and scratch of the steel plate surface were identified. And on the condition of ensuring the effective identification, it can promote the transition of the inspection standard from the product standard to the customer standard. According to the differences of the defect depths, the use locations, and the distribution areas, combing the different quality requirements of the different customers, the accurate identification of steel plate were obtained, which can ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the identification and judgment of the steel plate, reduce the economic losses, and enhance the competitiveness of the product market.
