摘    要:介绍了冷轧板材生产过程中的重要工艺设备拉矫机的电气控制原理。在详细分析拉矫机伸长率和张力两种控制模式的基础上,采用前馈控制解决了张力模式下机组升降速时张力的不稳定性和滞后性问题,采用张力设定值的处理解决伸长率模式切换到张力模式时张力的大超调问题。结果表明, 该系统运行稳定,具有较高的控制速度和精度。

Abstract:The electric control technology of the tension leveler, which was an important process equipment in the production of cold rolling sheet, was introduced. Based on the detailed analysis of the elongation and tension control modes of the tension leveler, the feedforward control was adopted to solve the instability and the hysteresis of the tension when increasing or reducing the unit speed in the tension control mode. Moreover, the problem of the large overshoot tension when shifting the elongation pattern to the tension pattern was solved by setting the definite value for the tension. The application results showed that the system ran stably and had high control reaction and accuracy.
