冶金企业安全文化建设实践及成效

企业安全文化是安全生产的灵魂,冶金企业积极探索企业安全文化建设既是安全发展的必然选择,也具有现实意义。本钢热连轧厂通过落实安全责任和理念、完善约束和激励制度、加大安全保障投入力度、强化安全培训教育、营造安全文化氛围、引入现代安全管理模式等举措开展安全文化建设。安全文化建设成效明显,职工安全意识较强,安全行为自觉性增强;连续多年无重伤以上生产安全事故,轻伤率低于2.4‰;获得省级安全文化建设示范单位荣誉称号。

The practice of the safety culture construction had the prominent effect, the worker safety consciousness was strong, and the safety behavior consciousness was enhanced. The severe accident disappeared in many years, and the minor injuries rate was lower than 2.4‰. The strip mill in Bensteel was honored with the provincial safety culture construction demonstration unit.
