摘    要:针对国内某1 420极薄带钢冷连轧机组辊耗较大,甚至偶发轧辊剥落和爆辊的问题,研究冷轧辊型曲线设计的一般方法,再结合对象轧机的设备与工艺,建立冷连轧机组轧辊辊型曲线参数优化设计模型,并为对象轧机优化设计出新的支撑辊辊型曲线和中间辊辊型曲线。新辊型曲线能够降低轧辊辊间压力分布不均匀程度,并改善弯辊力的调节效果,将其应用于该1 420冷连轧机组后,减少了辊耗与轧辊爆辊的发生率,改善了产品质量,提高了品牌竞争力,给企业带来了效益。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the large roll consumption and the roll spalling and roll crapping of about a domestic 1 420 cold continuous rolling mill,and even the problem of roll spalling and roll crapping,a general method for the design of cold roll profile was established. Then combined with the equipment and technology feature of cold rolling mill,a set of roll shape curve parameters optimization the model was designed for optimizing the roll shape curve parameters in set up for cold continuous rolling mill. And a new type of the new back- up roll profile and middle roll profile were designed,which can reduce the roller pressure distribution of the uneven degree simultaneously and adjust the effect of bending roll force. It was applied to in the production practice of the 1 420 cold rolling mill,which reduced the roll consumption and the incidence rate of crapped roll,improved the product quality,enhanced the brand competitiveness,and brought benefits to the enterprise.
