摘    要:谦比希铜冶炼厂是依托云铜集团冶炼经验在海外建立的大型冶炼厂,采用艾萨炉-沉降电炉-PS转炉的工艺流程,转炉生产出的粗铜为最终产品,因此作为生产终端的转炉,生产模式的选取和控制十分重要。现用的PS转炉经过多年的生产,已经获取了很多技术进步和经验,但是为了达到更高的产能和效益,需要进一步优化生产指标,提高组织效率。介绍了谦比希铜冶炼厂的转炉系统和组织模式,并根据最近一年转炉技术攻关取得的数据,对不同生产模式下的吹炼效率进行了分析,得到了符合实际的优化方案。

Abstract:The Chambishi Copper Smelter Company is a large copper smelting plant in overseas which is built based on the smelting experience of YCC′s copper smelter. The technological processes of ISA furnace, electric furnace, PS converter is adopted and the blister copper from converter is as the final product. So the selection of production mode and the control of converting process are very important. Although many improvements and experiences have been obtained in the application of PS converter during past years, it need to further efforts on optimizing production target and improving organization to achieve higher productivity and efficiency. And the converter system and the organization pattern in the CCS copper smelter plant are introduced. According to the research data of converting models in recent year, the converting efficiency with different production organization modes is analyzed and optimization solutions obtained finally.
