加热不燃烧制品与传统卷烟再造烟叶物理特性及化学成分差异分析

摘    要:采用物理化学指标检验,热裂解仪、纤维形态分析、扫描电镜、热重分析以及X射线光电子能谱仪对加热不燃烧烟草制品JK和传统再造烟叶KY-5进行了全面的分析比较。结果表明:① JK定量高,KY-5厚度、松厚度及灰分都高;② JK正反两面均无明显的纤维状成分,主要成分是烟末,结构紧密;KY-5透气性很好,结构也较疏松;③元素分析上两者组成成分并没有明显差异,只是含量有所不同;④ JK总植物碱明显高于KY-5,钾、氯含量低于KY-5;⑤ JK在近200℃处出现失重峰,结合产品特性及裂解产物分析可以得出,主要是醇类物质加热挥发结果。

Difference analysis on physical characteristics and chemical components of reconstituted tobacco used in traditional cigarettes and heat not burn tobacco products

Abstract:In order to analyze differences of reconstituted tobacco used in heat not burn tobacco product JK and traditional tobacco KY-5, both physical and chemical indicators were tested with PY-GC/MS, fiber morphology analysis, SEM, TG analysis and XPS. Results showed that:① JK was high in quantity while KY-5 was high in thickness, bulk and ash content; ② Air permeability of KY-5 was good due to its loose structure. No noticeable fiber was found on both sides of JK as the main component of JK was powder with a compact structures; ③ No obvious differences were found on their composition with XPS analysis, but they differed in terms of level of content. ④ Compared with KY-5, the content of total alkaloids was much higher in JK, while the content of chlorine and potassium was lower; ⑤ Both product features and PY-GC/MS result indicated that the weight loss of JK at 200℃ could be attributed to volatilization of alcohols.
