摘    要:针对某型点火具延期时间超差问题,对失效点火具进行解剖,并从作用机理与理论计算上分析了问题。分析结果表明:压药工艺不当造成延期药药高偏差大,引起延期时间散布大,而延期体装配密封性不足,使延期药点火压力降低、燃速变慢,进一步造成了延期时间的超差。对原工艺进行改进,结果表明改进后的点火具延期时间精度提高,延期时间可靠性达到了要求。

Analysis and Improvement Research on Delay Time Difference for A Certain Igniter
Abstract:Aimed at the problem of delay time difference for a certain delay igniter, the failed igniter was anatomized, as well as the question was analyzed from the function mechanism and theoretical calculation. It showed that the improper pressuring process induced the big difference among charge heights, which can lead to the big scatter of delay time. It was also obtained that the deficiency of the seal can reduce the pressure of ignition and the burning rate of the delay composition, which would make further difference of delay time. The former assembly process was improved, the experimental verification and reliability assessment results indicated that the delay time precision was higher and delay time reliability reached the requirement.
