Weldless Welding Connection Type of Steel Pipeline

In this article, it introduced steel pipeline weldless welding connection type. It pointed that when using traditional pipe welding connection, the anticorrosion quality of inner surface joint was difficult to be guaranteed, it was necessary to develop other pipeline connection ways. It also introduced Zap-Lok?joint, Haelok joint, and mechanical joint adapting lining HDPE pipe, which integrated electric smelting connecting inside liner. Zap-Lok?joint kept anticorrosive coating in good application results of the pipe inner surface; mechanical joint designed for lining HDPE pipe, it passed verification test of CSA Z662-11 standard(Canadian standards of oil and gas pipeline system). The two connection ways can effectively solve the problem of internal corrosion of oil field gathering pipeline, it will have broad popularization prospect.
