超声导波对小直径薄壁无缝管周向检测的应用研究

摘    要:为了对小直径薄壁无缝管的周向导波检测进行系统研究,以超声导波技术为研究对象,通过对晶粒噪声有效控制以及检测灵敏度的有效调节,从而实现对薄壁小直径管缺陷的有效检出,且应用效果较好;同时,利用对比试块对定制的国产导波探头检测距离进行了测定,其对1 mm深的模拟缺陷检测距离能达到130 mm左右;增大探头至缺陷间的距离,缺陷反射波幅明显降低,且回波宽度有所增大,在实际工程检测中,应尽量避免导波频散带来的检测分辨率降低的现象。

Abstract:In order to conduct systematic research on circumferential ultrasonic guided wave testing of small diameter thin-walled seamless tube, with ultrasonic guided wave technology as the research object, the ultrasonic guided wave technology can realize the effective detection of small tube defects through the effective control of grain noise and effective regulation of detection sensitivity, and the application effect was good. Meanwhile, the customized domestic guided wave probe detection distance was measured by using a reference blocks, its detection distance of 1 mm deep defect can reach about 130 mm; increasing the distance between the probe and defects, the defect reflection amplitude was significantly reduced, and the echo width increased. In the practical engineering detection, it should try to avoid detection resolution reduction caused by the phenomenon of guided wave dispersion.
