回火温度对20CrMo钢组织性能的影响

摘    要:研究了镦锻式空心抽油杆用20CrMo钢经过二次淬火后在不同回火温度下的组织和性能变化规律。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度等强度指标呈现下降趋势,材料的断后伸长率、断面收缩率等塑性指标呈现上升趋势,但均高于原始材料的性能。对20CrMo钢进行二次淬火加高温回火后可得到回火索氏体组织,具备较高的强韧性,可推荐作为超高强度空心抽油杆的开发工艺。

Abstract:The microstructure and properties change rules of 20CrMo steel used for upsetting type hollow sucker rod under different tempering temperature after the secondary quenching process were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of tempering temperature, the strength indexes such as tensile strength, yield strength present a downward trend, and the plasticity indexes such as elongation after fracture and impact toughness increase, and higher than that of material under initial state. It can obtain tempered sorbite structure with better strength and impact toughness of 20CrMo steel after the secondary quenching and high temperature tempering process, and this process can be recommended as an development process of ultra-high strength hollow sucker rod.
