摘    要:针对救生备份伞封包绳切割器的使用特点,设计了一种全密封绳索切割器。通过浸水、泥沙、盐雾和切割验证试验,找到了切割器过绳孔处密封结构和工艺设计的缺陷,以及出现泄漏和夹丝现象的原因,确定了密封结构和内敛扩铆工艺的设计参数,从而提高了动态密封性能,消除了夹丝现象。地面试验和空中激发试验表明,切割器切割性能可靠,无泄漏和夹丝现象,并具有防水、防泥沙、防盐雾性能。

Design on A New Type Cutter for Severing Parachute Packet Rope
Abstract:For the characteristics of using rope cutter of lifesaving backup parachute, a fully sealed explosive cutter for severing the parachute packet rope was designed. Through the environmental tests, such as water immersion, mud and sand contamination, salt mist and severing, the reasons for the defects of the sealed structure of which the rope past in, as well as process design were found, and phenomena such as gas leaking and wire clipping were analyzed. The design parameters of sealed structure and inward convergence expanding rivet process were determined, its dynamic sealing performance was improved, the phenomenon of wire clipping was eliminated. The ground test and the firing test in sky show that the cutters are reliable in severing performance without gas leaking and wire clipping, and have performances of the water proof and resistance to mud and sand contamination, as well as salt mist environment.
