LY12铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头组织与应力分析

摘    要:为了研究不同焊接条件对LY12铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头组织和性能的影响,对3 mm厚LY12铝合金板进行了搅拌摩擦焊对接,观察分析在不同焊接条件下焊接接头微观组织的变化。并利用ANSYS软件模拟结果分析了焊接接头温度场及应力场分布情况。结果表明,LY12铝合金板材经搅拌摩擦焊接后,在焊缝区得到组织均匀、晶粒细小、平均晶粒尺寸细小的再结晶晶粒;焊接板材边缘区域为拉应力,其他区域均为压应力,而且压应力自搅拌针向外逐渐减小,最大压应力出现在搅拌针及轴肩所在区域。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of different welding conditions on LY12 aluminum alloy friction stir welding joint organization and performance, 3 mm thickness LY2 aluminum alloy plate was welded by using friction stir welding, observed and analyzed microstructure variation of welded joint under different parameter. Using the ANSYS software to simulate and analyze the distribution of welded joint temperature field and stress field. The results showed that, after friction stir welding, the recrystallization grain with uniform organization and tiny grain was obtained;the edge area of LY12 aluminum alloy plate is tensile stress, other areas are compressive stress, and the compressive stress gradually reduce from stir needle to outside area, the maximum compressive stress appears in stir needle and shaft shoulder area.
