摘    要:通过大口径EFP高速侵彻装甲靶板试验,以及利用AUTODYN-3D有限元仿真软件对整个侵彻过程进行数值模拟,研究了EFP开坑、稳定侵彻、尾翼侵彻和冲塞贯穿形成二次破片的物理过程,模拟结果与试验现象和理论分析均吻合较好,并从原理上分析了试验中各宏观现象产生的原因。研究结果不但认识了EFP侵彻装甲靶板的机理,也可以为聚能装药对典型装甲毁伤评估提供参考。

Numerical Simulation and Experimental Research on the Process of Large Caliber EFP Penetrating the Typical Armor Plate
Abstract:Through the test of large caliber EFP penetrating into the armor target plate speedy, as well as the numerical simulation of the whole penetration process using the finite element simulation software AUTODYN 3D, the EFP open pit, steady penetration, tail penetration and plugging formed through a secondary fragment of the physical process, were studied. Simulation results with the experimental phenomenon and theoretical analysis are in good agreement, and the reasons of the macroscopic phenomena generation were analyzed in principle. The research results not only show the mechanism of EFP penetrating armour target board, but also provide a reference for shaped charge of typical armored damage assessment.
