一种低毁伤玻璃切割器的实验研究

摘    要:为获得一种低毁伤玻璃切割器,通过模拟毁伤实验,采用3种不同装药结构的玻璃切割器分别对车辆用双层夹胶玻璃(长2.0m×高1.5m×厚9.0mm)进行切割。实验结果显示:A型切割器能切割掉双层夹胶玻璃,但对人员造成的伤害较大;B型切割器的毁伤性最小,但未能切割掉双层夹胶玻璃;C型切割器不仅能切割掉双层夹胶玻璃,同时对人员毁伤性较小。

Experimental Study on A Low Damage Glass Cutter
Abstract:To obtain the glass cutter with low damage, three types of glass cutter were selected to cut double-deck laminated glass (length 2m*height 1.5m*thickness 9mm) for vehicles, according to simulation damage experiment. The experiment result shows that the type A cutter can accomplish cutting, while causes bad damage to people, type B cutter has the lowest damage, but it cannot finish cutting, type C can not only accomplish cutting, but also has low damage to people.
